Stayed here for a few days solo, with friends staying in a hotel close by and I did not regret my decision to book this place vs a hotel. The location is incredible - safe, right in the middle of everything but not loud or rowdy. I did hear people walking up/down stairs and chatting outside the apt in the building but it didn’t bother me - noting only if you’re sensitive to noise. Otherwise, everything was great. The washer/dryer, filtered water, and proactive communication from the host were all appreciated. Comfortable bed and well furnished as well. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay here on future trips to CDMX!

Cannot recommend staying here as a solo traveler more! Beautiful space, gorgeous neighborhood with lots to do and eat. Andres provided a guide to the city which was incredibly comprehensive and super helpful — all of his recommendations were fantastic!

El apartamento de Andrés es ideal para una estancia en Roma Norte. Está lleno de luz y bien proporcionado para una persona. El servicio de portería 24 horas es muy amable. La zona en sí me pareció excepcional, se puede caminar a Chapultepec, el centro histórico (50 minutos) y las avenidas principales. El ambiente es joven, seguro y lleno de restaurantes y cafés trendy. La comunicación con Andrés fue muy fácil, respondía an mis mensajes en minutos y siempre aportaba una solución. Recomendaría este alojamiento si eres un viajero que piensa pasar su tiempo descubriendo la Ciudad de México y necesita un lugar en el que descansar en paz al final del día.

Truly an amazing placing, the whole place felt very special just like the city it’s located in. We spent a lot of time on foot just exploring the neighborhood, every trek out we made we discovered something new. Then after exploring you could retreat up to the rooftop patio and enjoy an amazing view of the city, what more could you ask for. Someone with a great sense of interior design furnished this apt and it feels special in every room! My friends and I were able to hang out down stairs with music or shows streamed through the Roku on a projector and the open concept made group participation very easy and we felt very at home and didn’t want to leave. Now there are several flights of stairs to get to this unit, the doorman was very helpful and helped me a carry a bag which was very helpful, as you gas out quicker at elevation at least I do, so recommend you opt for his help. The unit felt safe 24hr doorman, saw many police patrol units outside. Great place would stay here again.

Excellent location and beautiful space -- really good value. A safe, comfortable, and nicely designed unit in the heart of Roma Norte. Pictures are on point and Andrés is super responsive and easy to coordinate with. Would absolutely stay again.

Andre's place is in a great location, there is tons of restaurants, coffee shops and boutiques with in 15 min walking distance. The place it self is very well curated, it shows all the love and thought Andres has invested in the property. The property has a welcoming character and was spotless clean. In addition, Andres is a great host. He was always responsive and attentive to our questions. Chatting with him was easy and he accommodated to our groups needs without questions. I will highly recommended to stay at this place. I would certainly love to rebook this property for further trips.

Place was perfection! As a solo traveler everything was ideal from accommodations to location. Host was very responsive and helpful. This place definitely played a role in the success of my first trip to Mexico City. Will definitely stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay at Andres' place. It was the perfect balance of feeling spacious and cozy, everything we needed was right at hand. As soon as we'd unpacked we felt at home in CDMX. The location was also superb. Wandering down the shady neighborhood streets we discovered so many great places - the bakeries, bars, restaurants and stores, the beauty of the old buildings and trees...wow, just wow. Andres communication was amazing and we felt very well taken care of throughout our stay.
